ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกียวกับการเปลี่ยนท่อไอเสีย!!!!

       คุณเคยสงสัยมั้ยครับว่าทำไมการเปลี่ยนท่อDBSเพียง1ใบมันถึงทำให้รถมีแรงม้าเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างชัดเจนทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้ตกแต่งอะไรกับเครื่องยนตร์เลยเป็นสเป็คเดิมๆทุกอย่างจากโรงงาน
       ทีเป็นเช่นนั้นก็เพราะว่าท่อเดิมๆจากโรงงานเค้าไม่ได้คำนึงการค่าการไหลของไอเสียให้รถมีแรงม้าสูงที่สุดแต่เค้าคำนึงถึงสิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นหลัก
1.มาตราฐานของเสียงที่ต้องเงียบจนแทบไม่มีเสียงอะไรออกมาเลย ดังนั้นปลายท่อเดิมๆจากโรงงานไม่ได้มีใยแก้วไว้เก็บเสียงจึงออกแบบมาให้มีทางเดินไอเสียวนไปวนจนเดิมร้อนมากๆโดนทีเนื้อแทบละลาย เมื่อไอเสียวนไปวนมาคลื่นไอเสียสะท้อนไปมาจนส่งผลให้มีไอเสียบางส่วนที่ออกปลายท่อไม่ทันก็ย้อนกลับมาเข้าห้องเผาไหม้ทำให้มีแรงต้านที่หัวลูกสูบแรงม้าจึงทำได้ไม่ดีนัก


2.มาตราฐานค่าการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอน ดังนั้นเมื่อปัจจุบันมีการแข่งขันกันว่าค่ายไหนจะปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนได้น้อยกว่ากันจึงส่งผลให้มีการใส่เจ้าตัวCatalyticมีหน้าตาเหมือนรังผึ่ง ส่งผลให้ไอเสียที่อั้นๆจากท่อเดิมอยู่แล้วยังต้องมาผ่านด่านCatalyticรังผึ่งนี้อีกทำให้แรงม้าที่ออกมาน้อยกว่าความเป็นจริงที่เครื่องยนตร์สามารถผลิตได้


      ดั้งนั้นจากเหตุผลตามข้างต้นส่งผลให้ท่อเดิมๆผลิตแรงม้าออกมาได้เพียง80-85%เท่านั้นจากแรงม้าจริงๆที่ควรจะผลิตได้ ลองคิดตามผมง่ายๆน่ะครับท่อเดิมๆจากรถพวกDUCATI,R1,FERRARI,lamborghiniและSUPER BIKE SUPERCAR ต่างๆจึงมีท่อสูตรเสียงดังๆทั้งเส้นออกมาจากโรงงานเลย เรียกได้ว่าขับผ่านมาทีได้ยินเสียงมาแต่ไกลเลย ก็เป็นเพราะว่ารถเหล่านี้เค้าไม่ได้คำนึง2ข้อที่ผมกล่าวมาข้างต้น แต่เค้าคำนึงถึงแรงม้าและสมรรถนะสูงสุดที่รถคันนั้นๆจะผลิตออกมาได้จึงส่งผลให้รถเหล่านั้นมีสมรรถนะสูงมากๆ ซึ่งใช้หลักการเดียวกับท่อDBSที่ต้องการให้รถของทุกๆท่านสามารถผลิตแรงม้าได้ออกมาอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ100%ตามที่มันควรจะเป็นครับ ทุกๆท่านคงพอจะเห็นภาพแล้วใช่มั้ยครับว่าทำไมเพียงแค่เปลี่ยนท่อDBSใบเดียวจะทำให้เครื่องยนตร์มีแรงม้าสูงขึ้นได้อย่างทันตาเห็นครับ
   
      ท่อDBSถูกคำนวนจากโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นสูงที่จะสามารถคำนวนความโตและความยาวของท่อให้เหมาะสมกับรถเดิมๆจากโรงงานที่ไม่ได้ตกแต่งอะไรเลย หรือจะเป็นสเต็ปตกแต่งก็สามารถคำนวนออกมาได้อย่างง่ายดาย จึงทำให้ท่อDBSทุกใบสามารถผลิตแรงม้าที่ซ้อนอยู่ในรถทุกๆคันออกมาได้อย่างเต็มที่เนื่องจากท่อDBSมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษดังนี้
1.คำนวนขนาดความโตของท่อตั้งแต่ท่อนแรกจนถึงปลายท่อให้มีความเหมาะสมกับปริมาตรการไหลและการสะท้อนของไอเสีย ให้มีย่านกำลังแรงม้าในการใช้งานและการทำความเร็วสูงสุดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2.ปลายท่อมีลักษณะทางเดินไอเสียตรงไม่มีห้องกั้นๆแบบเดิมท่อเดิม จึงทำให้ไอเสียไหลออกFLOWได้อย่างสะดวกไม่อั้นและยังมีใยแก้วชนิดพิเศษที่สามารถลดทั้งเสียงและความร้อนของปลายท่อได้เป็นอย่างดี

        อีกอย่างที่บางท่านเข้าใจผิดกันเป็นอย่างมากคือการเปลี่ยนท่อแต่งจะทำให้เครื่องยนตร์กินแหวนหรือหลวมเร็วซึ่งเป็นความเข้าใจที่ผิดไปจากความเป็นจริงมากๆครับ
      เครื่องยนตร์4จังหวะมีระบบการหล่อลื่นในห้องเสื้อสูบโดยตรงโดยมีแหวนถึง3ชุด
-ชุดแรกคือแหวนน้ำมันเป็นตัวทำให้น้ำมันเครื่องแทรกซึมไปเคลือบกระบอกสูบได้ตลอดเวลา
-ชุดที่สองคือแหวนกวาดน้ำมันเครื่องจะคอยทำหน้าที่กวาดน้ำมันเครื่องและป้องกันไม่ให้น้ำมันเครื่องลอดขึ้นไปบนห้องเผาไหม้

       ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีทางเลยที่การเปลี่ยนท่อแล้วจะทำให้กินแหวนครับเพราะมันคนละเรื่องคนละราวกันเลยครับเนื่องจากแหวนมีน้ำมันเครื่องเคลือบและหล่อลื่นได้ตลอดเวลาการสึกหรอของแหวนจึงไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใดๆกับระบบการคายไอเสียครับ ส่วนเรื่องการสึกหรอก็ไม่เป็นความจริงแต่ประการใดเพราะจากที่ผมกล่าวไปข้างต้นว่าท่อเดิมมีทางเดินวนไปมาจนมันร้อนมากๆส่งผลให้ไอเสียไหลออกไปได้ไม่สะดวกความร้อนสะสมในห้องเผาไหม้ก็สูง ดังนั้นการเปลี่ยนท่อDBSจึงทำให้ความร้อนสะสมในห้องเผาไหม้ก็ลดลงเมื่อความร้อนลดลงการขยายตัวก็ต่ำลงการสึกหรอจึงลดลงครับ เห็นมั้ยครับว่ามันตรงกันข้ามกันเลยนอกจากจะไม่สึกหรอกว่าแล้วยังสึกหรอน้อยลงอีกด้วยครับ
